Experienced Attorney – Real Estate, Land Use & Municipal Law

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Minnesota-based practice focused on real estate, land use, and municipal law. This position involves advising both private and public-sector clients on matters such as development approvals, zoning, permitting, and public governance, as well as real estate transactions. The practice predominately involves the representation of long-standing clients with deep relationships to the firm and a general counsel-type dynamic. This position offers a highly flexible work structure, including hybrid scheduling, part-time options, and contract-based arrangements. Salary: $100,000–$130,000 for full-time depending on qualifications, prorated for part-time, or contract attorney starting at $80/billable hour for production-based compensation.
